Macrophotography

As a geologist I often see very interesting samples of rocks and minerals at my work, but also beyond my work duties. I do my best to take detailed photos of these samples. This gallery shows shots of minerals and rocks mainly from the Czech Republic, but also from other parts of the world that I was privileged to borrow and take photos of. Some of my pictures are parts of publications, and also relatively often published in the Mineral magazine.
